Delivery And Processing.

Harper + Wilde’s designs are made to order. The time it can take to create our designs is up to 6 weeks, particularly more labour intensive designs such as Cuttlebone pieces.

Ready made items will be shipped within 4 business days. Please note that if you purchase ready made items along with made to order designs, they will be shipped together when the design/s are ready.

Express shipping is available at an additional charge. While we cannot rush the creating process, express shipping will see your order moved up the the que to be made as priority.

Once your order is shipped by Australia Post or local courier, you will be sent a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. Once dispatched delivery times may vary. 

Please note that the postage/courier times are indicative only, and may vary depending on the postal service, public holidays or during busy holiday periods. We cannot assume responsibility for any issues or delays with postage and delivery. If you are in a remote location, an extra surcharge may apply to your shipping costs. This does not get calculated at checkout, you will be contacted via email with the option to pay the difference or receive a refund for the product you ordered.

International shipping is available upon request and the shipping price will be quoted prior to proceeding with the sale. International sales will be invoiced and processed via PayPal. International sales are final, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. For a shipping quote, please contact us here.

Conditions of return.

Notification of any damages incurred in transit must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the items are returned in their original packaging and secured appropriately. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return of exchange items must occur within 5 business days of receiving them.

  • We gladly accept exchanges on non-customised pieces with return shipping costs at buyer’s expense. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Our Harper + Wilde designs are made to order, therefore they cannot be returned or cancelled. An exchange may be offered, with shipping cost at buyer’s expense.

  • Due to the fragility of some of our items unfortunately damage can sometimes occur in transit. Notification of any damages incurred in transit must be advised within 24 hours of receiving the order. To report a damaged item, please email the details of the damage and an image to alisha@harperandwilde.com.au

  • We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for custom made designs or sale items.

However if you do have an concerns with your order, please email us at alisha@harperandwilde.com.au and we will see how we can resolve the issue for you.

Custom Orders.

Due to each design being carefully hand crafted, variations to the design are possible upon request. If you have a specific request please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
